Kitchen remodel
Cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, drywall — full down-to-studs kitchen demo.
The middle-ground container. Sized right for kitchen remodels, single-room renovations, roofing tear-offs, and heavier debris that would max out a smaller bin.
If you're doing a kitchen or bath all the way to the studs, or pulling a 20-square roof, the 15-yard gives you more room before you reach the 1.5-ton allowance. Go over and excess weight is billed at $105 per additional ton.

Cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, drywall — full down-to-studs kitchen demo.
Up to roughly 20 squares of asphalt shingles. Heavier than people think — sized correctly.
Two full bathroom demos with tile, tub, and vanity.
A heavily-stored basement plus old furniture and carpet.
The 15-yard is our middle-ground container — bigger than a 10-yard but still residential-friendly. Its dimensions are roughly 14 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 4 feet tall, with an open top and a back swing-door for walk-in loading. By volume, fifteen cubic yards holds about 4.5 full-size pickup truck loads of debris.
Most homeowners pick the 15 when they're between a 10 and a 20 — when the project is bigger than a single room but they don't need the full 20-yard footprint. It's also our most-requested size for jobs with heavier debris, because the extra capacity gives breathing room before the weight limit gets tight.
After hundreds of 15-yard drops across Prince George's County, Montgomery County, and northern DC, these are the projects we see again and again:
Every 15-yard rental includes a 1.5-ton (3,000 lb) tonnage allowance, along with delivery, pickup, and a 14-day rental. Pricing is per material — priced to your material, so call or request a free quote. Go over the allowance and excess weight is billed at $105 per additional ton. That's why the 15 is often the smarter choice for heavier debris even when you don't need the extra volume.
Materials that hit the weight first: asphalt shingles, concrete, brick, dirt, plaster lath, and tile set on concrete board. Materials that hit the volume first: cabinets, framing, drywall, mattresses, furniture, yard waste. If your project is mixed, you're usually fine. If it's mostly heavy debris, ask us — we may suggest a heavy-debris quote on a different line.
The 15-yard is still a residential-driveway container — it just needs a bit more length than the 10. Placement options:
Most residential and construction debris is welcome. Heavy materials are allowed but priced separately, and a short hazardous list never goes in any roll-off.
Furniture, mattresses, appliances (no freon), boxes, books, clothes, kitchenware. The everyday cleanout list.
Drywall, lumber, framing, flooring, tile, cabinets, doors, windows. The bread and butter of a 15-yard.
Asphalt shingles, underlayment, flashing, plywood decking, nails. Up to ~20 squares fits inside tonnage.
Concrete, dirt, brick, asphalt. Allowed but quoted on a different line because weight hits before volume.
No wet paint, oils, fuels, batteries, tires, asbestos, propane tanks, freon-containing appliances, or medical waste.

Aggregates go in a 10, 15, or 20-yard container. Pick the scope that fits your job:
Aggregate dumpsters are for concrete, dirt, asphalt, brick, and masonry materials only. Mixed trash, household junk, wood, drywall, and other construction debris are not permitted. For safety and transportation requirements, material must remain at least 1 foot below the top edge of the container. Overfilled containers cannot be legally transported and will not be picked up until the material level is reduced.
